How to request deletion

To delete your Santa Hotline account, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Santa Hotline app on your device.
  2. Log in to your account if you haven't already.
  3. Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.

Warning: Your account will be instantly and permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

What will be deleted

  • Account profile and email
  • Caller profiles and preferences
  • Call history and related metadata
  • Voice recordings stored by Santa Hotline
  • In-app settings

What we retain (and why)

  • Minimal purchase/ledger records required for tax, fraud prevention, and auditing (pseudonymized): kept up to 6 years.
  • Welcome credit records - We keep a record that your email address or device has already claimed welcome credits to prevent misuse and fraud. This ensures the one-time welcome offer cannot be claimed multiple times.
  • App store receipts can't be altered but are no longer linked to your account.
  • System backups are overwritten within 30 days.
  • Customer support correspondence: up to 90 days.

Timing

Your account is deleted instantly and permanently upon confirmation. System backups are overwritten within 30 days.
