How to request deletion
To delete your Santa Hotline account, follow these steps:
- Open the Santa Hotline app on your device.
- Log in to your account if you haven't already.
- Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Warning: Your account will be instantly and permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
What will be deleted
- Account profile and email
- Caller profiles and preferences
- Call history and related metadata
- Voice recordings stored by Santa Hotline
- In-app settings
What we retain (and why)
- Minimal purchase/ledger records required for tax, fraud prevention, and auditing (pseudonymized): kept up to 6 years.
- Welcome credit records - We keep a record that your email address or device has already claimed welcome credits to prevent misuse and fraud. This ensures the one-time welcome offer cannot be claimed multiple times.
- App store receipts can't be altered but are no longer linked to your account.
- System backups are overwritten within 30 days.
- Customer support correspondence: up to 90 days.

Your account is deleted instantly and permanently upon confirmation. System backups are overwritten within 30 days.
