Santa Hotline is a magical app that lets kids (and grown-ups!) talk directly with Santa through fun, interactive AI-powered calls. You can choose a call type, set up a caller profile, and start a festive conversation full of Christmas cheer.
You can set up a caller profile with all the information about the caller. When Santa already knows your child's name or mentions their pet or favorite toy, it creates a magical moment! Calls are not pre-recorded and so no two calls are ever the same. Santa can remember when you called last and other details about past conversations too!
Yes, you need to create an account to use Santa Hotline. Your account saves your call history, caller profiles, and Magic Coins securely across devices.
An adult should complete the setup and manage purchases. After setup, kids can safely use the app under parental supervision. You can turn on parental controls to restrict access to Settings, Purchases and Calls.
Santa Hotline is designed for families and children under 12, though older kids (and even adults!) often enjoy the fun too. An adult must create the account and should supervise children when using the app. There are age-appropriate call experiences for everyone.
Yes! Santa Hotline is available for both iOS and Android devices. You can find it on the App Store and Google Play.
We currently support English and plan to add more languages soon, including Spanish, French, and German.
