Welcome to Santa Hotline!
Before using our app, please take a moment to read these Terms of Use so you know what's allowed, what's not, and how we keep Santa's magic running smoothly. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this app.

1. Who We Are

Santa Hotline is operated by Slice Digital Limited, registered in Ireland.
We made this app to make magical calls possible between Santa, his helpers, and you.

By using Santa Hotline, you agree to these Terms of Use and to follow all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Who Can Use Santa Hotline

Adults (18+) may create and manage accounts.

Children can enjoy Santa Hotline under adult supervision only. Parents or guardians are responsible for setting up and managing child caller profiles.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission.

3. What Santa Hotline Is For

Santa Hotline is designed for entertainment and family enjoyment. It allows you to make and receive magical calls with Santa, his elves, and other North Pole characters.
It must not be used for any illegal, harmful, or commercial purpose outside of what's intended.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Santa Hotline for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
  • Share or upload offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content.
  • Try to access or modify parts of the system you're not authorized to (for example, attempting to hack, jailbreak, reverse engineer, or manipulate the app or its data).
  • Use scripts, bots, or automated systems to interfere with the service.

If you do any of these things, your account may be suspended or terminated immediately without refund and you may be reported to relevant authorities if required by law.

5. Account Security

You're responsible for keeping your account and login details safe.
If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact support@santahotline.app immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that show suspicious or unauthorized activity to protect our users and systems.

6. Purchases and Credits

Santa Hotline uses credits (or "magic coins") to make calls and unlock features.

All purchases are handled securely through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Credits and purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Attempting to manipulate credit balances or payment systems (for example, using modified apps or unauthorized tools) may lead to permanent account closure.

Some offers, including free Magic Coins for new users, are limited to one per person. To keep these promotions fair and to prevent abuse, we may keep a minimal, secure record (for example, a hashed email or similar identifier) to confirm whether a promotional credit has already been redeemed. This information is used only for fraud-prevention and fair-use purposes.

7. Recordings and Wishlists

Calls may be recorded, but only if you enable that option (see our Privacy Policy for full details).
You must have the permission of the person(s) making the call to record it, or be the legal guardian or parent of the caller if they are under 18.
Recordings are stored securely by us for 60 days and then deleted for your privacy. You should download and 'share' any recordings you want to keep long term to your own storage.
You can delete recordings anytime in the app and when you delete them, they are removed from our servers immediately and permanently.

Wishlists are optional and used to personalize your experience and show relevant product suggestions through our Amazon affiliate program. These are for entertainment purposes only.

8. Content Ownership

All characters, voices, artwork, and other creative elements in Santa Hotline belong to Slice Digital Limited or our partners.
You may not copy, distribute, or reuse our content without permission.

However, you may record and share your own call experiences for personal, non-commercial use - as long as you don't alter, resell, or misrepresent them. You must have the permission of the person(s) making the call to record it, or be the legal guardian or parent of the caller if they are under 18.

9. Service Availability

We work hard to keep Santa Hotline available and magical all year round, but sometimes maintenance or unexpected issues may cause temporary interruptions.
We're not liable for any losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update Santa Hotline, adjust features, or modify these Terms to keep improving the experience.
If major changes are made, we'll notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of Santa Hotline means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms,
  • Attempt to compromise the system or other users, or
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, no refunds will be issued.

12. Disclaimer and Liability

Santa Hotline is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes.
While we do our best to keep things accurate and reliable, we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every call will go perfectly (reindeer occasionally chew the cables!).

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Slice Digital Limited is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
